With our new payment approval workflow, you can add individual approvers signatures to specific rules.
Overview
This functionality allows you to select a specific signature per payment workflow rule in Fidesic. A common use case would be a signer for a specific entity, then all payments associated with a specific Bank Account would all contain the same signature, and this signature could be different than the actual approver.
Prerequisites
To add a specific approvers signature into a workflow rule, you must first have their signature on file on the user's delegate card in Fidesic.
How to add a user's signature.
Adding the Workflow Rule Signature
From the Manage Workflow option on the company settings menu, you can select the Payment Workflow.
Select Payment Workflow
From there, you can either create a new rule, or select and existing rule.
From this page, you can select the signature to go onto this specific rule in the workflow. Note. Only users with signatures upload will appear in this list.
