Did you just make a payment but need to cancel it?
To cancel a payment, you will need to pull up the detailed view of the payment. To do so, click on "Payments Sent" on the left side of your screen. This will list all recent payments on your account. At the top of the page, you should see the payment you just created. Click on the payment to view the details.
From the payment detail view, if you are able to void the payment there should be a "Void" button. Click on the button and confirm to cancel the payment. This will stop the payment from processing.
Note: If you do not have the option to void the payment, your payment has most likely already processed and cannot be cancelled. You will need to contact the vendor for further assistance.
