Your best bet for gathering info is checking the Fidesic Integration Logs. To navigate here, simply search for Fidesic Integration Logs in the BC search menu.
This will list all calls to Fidesic, allowing you to drill into these calls in create detail. To do so, select the call you want more info on and select Show Content.
This will show the details sent to Fidesic. If you're requesting support from Fidesic, please include the body of this into the support request message.
