Keep getting an error that says "Email address or password is incorrect"? Here's a guide to help you log in to Fidesic.
From the login page, there is a link that says "Forgot password?" on the right. Click this link.
From this page, it will prompt you to enter the email address that you use to log in. Once you enter your email address and submit, it will send you an email with a link to reset your password. If you do not see the email immediately, be patient; it may take a minute or two for it to appear.
Once you click the link in the email, you should be prompted to enter a new password. We recommend a unique password that has not been used for any other sites. We also recommend using a password manager such as Bitwarden for storing existing passwords and generating new passwords.
