If you scheduled a payment for an invoice but the processing date doesn't seem right, there could be a couple reasons for this:
- We process payments twice a day, at 10am and 3pm ET. If you schedule a payment in advance, this is when your payment will process.
- If you schedule a payment to process same day but the processing date shows as the following business day, it may be because the payment was scheduled after 3pm ET.
- If you scheduled the payment on a bank holiday, the payment may be scheduled to process on the following business day. Here's a list of bank holidays in the US.
