Fidesic offers a Customer Account center service for our clients. While we're happy to help you out with any issues using the site, we do not have information about individual invoices beyond what is on our site.
Most clients have contact information for the Accounts Receivable department on both the invoices, and the email templates sent out. Please reference this for any contact information.
