95%+ of invoices should automatically be processed within minutes. Some invoices that require additional verification may take longer, but this should usually take no more than a business day for the invoice to process. In the manual verification stage, it will sit in the Invoice Inbox as Partially Captured until it can be manually reviewed by someone on our team.
If there is an invoice in the Partially Captured status that you would like to process immediately, you can click on this invoice from the inbox to manually enter any missing information. There will be no charge for invoices when this happens.
We are working on getting the percentage of invoices that process immediately to be higher without additional verification.
