If you are expecting an invoice and cannot find it in Fidesic
Fidesic Receives all invoices from our clients accounting system, as soon as we receive it, it should be available within the Customer Portal.
If you haven't received an email about an invoice yet, the most likely cause is that we have not yet received the invoice from our client. If you think you should have received an invoice and have not, you should reach out to your Vendors Accounts Receivable Department.
