Within Fidesic you can enable W9 Storage for vendors on both the Vendor Card in Fidesic and the Vendor Account Center for Vendors to Upload
Enable the Company Preference to Enable this Functionality
This will enable vendors to upload via the Vendor Account Center, and assuming users have the proper permissions on their Roles they can view on the Vendor Card in Fidesic.
User Roles
There are two users permissions associated with this setting. View Vendor Documents and Edit Vendor documents. If a user cannot see these within Fidesic, make sure they have the appropriate permissions assigned to their role.
Vendor Card
On the vendor card there is a tab for W9's after it has been enabled and the logged in user has permission to view.
Vendor Account Center
Vendors will have a tab to upload their tax documents.
