There are situations where you might need to remove your Fidesic IDs from your BC setup.
Overview
If you've tied your BC company to a different Fidesic setup and want to reset things, this will be the guide to help you resolve this issue. This may be you accidentally sync'd an account with the wrong Fidesic account, or you had an account set up for testing that you would like to clear out.
Steps
First navigate to the Fidesic Integration Setup page by searching in BC Universal Search.
From this window you can select the Clear Fidesic Ids option.
This will give you a prompt and let you know exactly what has been reset by this function.
Fidesic IDs will now be removed from existing setups.
