Allow Fidesic to Send Emails from your domain- SPF Record

Fidesic has the ability to send notifications to your customers and vendors using your email domain. To avoid being flagged as spam, we'll need permission to send on behalf of your domain.

Fidesic has the ability to send notifications to your customers and vendors using your email domain. To avoid being flagged as spam, we'll need permission to send on behalf of your domain. 

Fidesic will never send emails through your domain outside of the setup on your Fidesic Account. 

 

Fidesic Setup

Navigate to Settings, and Company Settings

At the bottom of this page you'll be able to add notification addresses, and set each email to a default. 

 

Add SPF Record to your Domain 

To send on behalf of your domain without being flagged as spam, we'll need to add a record to your mail server. If you're not sure where to do so, please contact your IT for assistance.
