“Server Response has timed out or is invalid”
If you are receiving this message it is likely that you need to install Microsoft XML 4 on your workstation.
Download the 32 bit version of the software from Microsoft Directly: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=36280
If you receive this error while installing:
1. Run the Installer as admin.
2. Complete all the way up to the error message
3. DO NOT CLOSE, this error message.
4. Run the installer again, this time select Repair install.
5. Close the previous installer process.
6. Complete the repair installer.
