These options are able to be turned off or on using the Fidesic Company Preferences.
To enable go to MS Dynamics GP -> Tools -> Setup -> Company -> "Fidesic Company Options"
At the bottom of this window are two options "Disable Sales Triggers" and "Disable Purchasing Triggers" , make sure the option for the product you are using is not checked.
If the setting is already correct, change the setting temporarily and click Ok or Save on the window. Reopen the window and change the setting back to where you expected it to be and click Ok/Save. Reopen the affected window with the missing Additional menu and the missing option should have returned.
