“You are using an old version of the Fidesic eInvoice and ePay Module.”

This error can have two causes:

1. Your module is out of date. Please contact Fidesic support for an updated module and installation instructions.

2. You have tables remaining from a recent upgrade. This can be resolved with the following steps:

   1. Navigate to GP -> Maintenance -> SQL

   2. Select db and product “eInvoice and ePay”

   3. Select table FI_Version

   4. Check the “drop table” checkbox

   5. Process and restart GP as SA.
