How to Sign Up As a Customer

If you are a customer looking to pay your invoices using Fidesic, you can sign up to view them using the Fidesic Portal 

You should receive an email from your vendor with a link to their portal. By clicking this link you will be taken to the signup page. 

Required info to sign up: 

  • CustomerID (this will be on the invoice that was sent to you)
  • Email address (may be auto-filled by the link you clicked)
  • Password
  • First and Last Name
  • Agree to terms

If you're having any trouble location your CustomerID, please contact your AR rep at your vendor. 

Click “sign up”. You will be redirected to a login page where you can use your new information to sign into the site.
