What's New

Workflow & Approval Tracking

  • Enhanced Approval History: When workflow rules are modified, deleted, or approvals are reassigned through delegate transfers, you'll now see clear history messages explaining what changed. This makes it easier to understand why an approval was reset or reassigned.

Payment & Invoice Details

  • Improved Address Display: Payment detail screens now show the full vendor address directly instead of requiring you to hover over a code. The address ID is displayed separately for easy reference.

Document Processing

  • Smarter User Attribution: When invoices are emailed to MagiCapture by an active Fidesic user, the system now automatically attributes that invoice to them. This improves filtering and makes it easier to find documents you've submitted.
  • Location Mismatch Insights: A new insight notification alerts you when a document's assigned location differs from what was specified in the original email submission.

Backup Reports

  • Newest First Sorting: Invoice and payment backup reports now display with the most recent files at the top.
  • Enhanced Dropbox link handling for more reliable backup report downloads
  • Expiration Clarity: Backup report download links now include a tooltip indicating that files expire after 2 weeks, and expired links are automatically hidden from the interface.
